Guided by a professional astronomy guide, you and your guest will explore distant galaxies, glowing nebulae, and planets through powerful telescopes while learning about the stories and science behind the night sky. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a magical night under the stars, this private experience offers a truly unique and intimate adventure. This private stargazing experience includes: 🔭 Premium Telescope Viewing Observe planets, star clusters, nebulae, and distant galaxies through a high-quality computerized telescope. ✨ Live Deep-Space Imaging A smart telescope captures and displays real-time images of deep-space objects as they build detail over time with a digital image for you to take home with you via wifi transfer 🌌 Laser-Guided Constellation Tour Your guide will reveal the constellations and their mythology using a laser pointer, helping you navigate the night sky like a pro. 📸 Astrophotography Keepsake Receive a photo of you beneath the star-filled sky as a memento of your experience. 🪑 Comfortable Seating Chairs, blankets, and a cozy viewing environment. ☕ Warm Drinks Hot drinks are provided during cooler months. Reservation Policy • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, payable online at checkout. • Remaining balance due prior to the experience. • Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy At Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable and may result in tour cancellations, which are disappointing and inconvenient for everyone involved. In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to unfavorable, unsafe, or uncomfortable weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour for a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits-including booking, and credit card processing fee. Group Tours If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus a 3% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded. Private Tours If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 DAYS prior to your scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus a 5% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 DAYS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded. Due to the time taken for planning personalized programs, 50% of the total private tours deposit is non-refundable for any reason, including weather cancellations. In the event of a weather cancellation, 100% of your deposit will be applied to a future experience with us. To request a cancellation or a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@flagstaffstargazing.com. Please have your booking confirmation number in the title of your email.
