Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your tour reservation more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date, you will receive a full refund. In the event of a weather cancellation, we will make every effort to reschedule your tour at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund. Please note that weather cancellations are determined at the discretion of our tour guides and are made for the safety of our guests.
