Booking and Payment:
All bookings for stargazing tours and events are processed through our website or by email info@flagstaffstargazing.com. We require payment in full at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
Confirmation and Itinerary:
Upon receipt of payment, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided during the booking process. The email will include the date, time, and location of your stargazing event, as well as any other pertinent details or instructions. Itineraries are built with safety as the top priority, and subject to change due to weather or safety concerns. Cancellation and Refund:
At Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable and may result in tour cancellations, which are disappointing and inconvenient for everyone involved. In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to unfavorable, unsafe, or uncomfortable weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour for a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits plus 5% booking, and credit card processing fee.
Group Tours
If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus the 5% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded.
Private Tours
If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 DAYS prior to your scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus the 5% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 DAYS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded.
To request a cancellation or a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@flagstaffstargazing.com. Please have your booking confirmation number in the title of your email.
Weather:
Stargazing tours are weather-dependent, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unfavorable weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your event for a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund, minus a 5% booking and credit card processing fee.
Equipment and Supplies:
We provide all necessary equipment for stargazing, including telescopes, binoculars, and blankets. We also provide snacks and beverages, as specified on our website. Customers are responsible for bringing their own warm clothing, as temperatures can drop significantly at night in Flagstaff.
Assumption of Risk:
Stargazing involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, slips, falls, and injury from equipment or other stargazers. By participating in our stargazing events, you assume all risks associated with such activities.
Limitation of Liability:
Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, LLC is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during our stargazing events. By participating in our events, you agree to release us from any liability, claims, and damages arising from or in connection with your participation in our events.
Intellectual Property:
The contents of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, are the property of Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, LLC, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on our website without our prior written consent.
All photographs taken during our stargazing events are the property of Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, LLC, and may not be used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Customers may use photographs for personal, non-commercial use only, and must not remove any watermarks or logos without our written consent.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, and any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Coconino County, Arizona.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or services after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
