Fulfillment Policy for Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures:

At Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable stargazing experience for our customers. Our fulfillment policy is designed to ensure that our services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.

Booking and Payment:

All bookings for stargazing tours and events are processed through our website, flagstaffstargazing.com, or by phone at (928)-683-7805. We require full payment or 20% non-refundable deposit for tours over $1000 at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

Confirmation and Itinerary:

Upon receipt of payment, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided during the booking process. The email will include the date, time, and location of your stargazing event, as well as any other pertinent details or instructions.

Cancellation and Refund:

At Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable and may result in tour cancellations, which are disappointing and inconvenient for everyone involved. In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to unfavorable, unsafe, or uncomfortable weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour for a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits plus 5% booking, and credit card processing fee.

Group Tours

If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus the 5% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded.

Private Tours

If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 DAYS prior to your scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus the 5% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 DAYS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded.

To request a cancellation or a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@flagstaffstargazing.com. Please have your booking confirmation number in the title of your email.

Weather:

Stargazing tours are weather-dependent, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unfavorable weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your event for a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund, minus a 5% booking and credit card processing fee. See the above refund policy

Equipment and Supplies:

We provide all necessary equipment for stargazing, including telescopes, binoculars, and items to help keep you warm and comfortable. Customers are responsible for bringing their own warm clothing, as temperatures can drop significantly at night in Flagstaff, seriously, dress warm every night of the year.
