Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable and may result in tour cancellations, which are disappointing and inconvenient for everyone involved. In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to unfavorable, unsafe, or uncomfortable weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour for a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits plus 5% booking, and credit card processing fee.

Group Tours

If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus the 5% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded.

Private Tours

If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 DAYS prior to your scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus the 5% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 DAYS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded.

To request a cancellation or a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@flagstaffstargazing.com. Please have your booking confirmation number in the title of your email.
