Experience a fully private, elevated night sky experience curated by Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures. Our Signature Private Starparty Service is designed for guests seeking a more immersive and personalized evening beneath the stars, whether for a family gathering, celebration, wedding reception, corporate retreat, or luxury travel experience. We bring a professionally staged mobile observatory directly to your location or host your group beneath some of Northern Arizona’s darkest skies. Every experience is thoughtfully curated around the conditions of the evening and tailored to the atmosphere you would like to create, blending astronomy, storytelling, hospitality, and astrophotography into an unforgettable night under the cosmos. Our Private Starparty Service features the largest and highest-quality telescopes in our fleet to provide the most immersive viewing experience possible. Depending on your group size and vision for the evening, additional equipment and guides can be incorporated to further customize the experience. Every Signature Private Starparty includes: Our flagship 12" computerized Sky-Watcher Dobsonian telescope for breathtaking views of galaxies, nebulae, planets, and star clusters A premium smart telescope for live deep-space imaging throughout the evening Personalized astroportraits beneath the stars for your group to commemorate the experience A custom laser-engraved star chart created specifically for the night of your event A guided laser constellation tour featuring mythology, astronomy, and seasonal celestial highlights Professionally staged seating with blankets for up to 10 guests A hosted hot beverage station with tea and hot chocolate service for up to 10 guests A professional astronomy guide to curate and host the experience throughout the evening Additional ways to customize your experience: Additional telescopes, including up to two (2) additional 8" computerized telescopes and three (3) 6" Dobsonian telescopes Additional smart telescopes for expanded live imaging capabilities Projector and screen setup for large-scale deep-space image displays Additional astronomy guides for larger gatherings and events Please select a preferred start time between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your private experience. A 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee will be added to all private experiences paid by card.
